As a real estate agent, Lisa is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients, to find a property that meets their needs. My husband and I are new investors and have purchased two properties with Lisa’s help, coincidentally the only two properties we’ve ever driven to and looked at. This shows her willingness to prescreen and go out of her way to go and physically look at properties before ever taking a client there. Also, she has introduced us to other people along the way whose knowledge and honesty have been a great help. We will definitely continue to use Lisa as our agent in the future.

For Short Sales – She’s the Best! Short sales can be a tricky thing. Part of this is that banks are forced to compromise during a short sale and they hate doing this, another part is the time frames can be tricky and possibly filled with unforeseen obstacles. Many realtors here in town hate messing with them as the buying process can be delayed and the negotiations can be frustrating.
Lisa has spent the last few years building a reputation here in town as a “short sale specialist”. She has built relationships with the banks in question, and is not in the practice of feeding lies or misinformation to anybody (which unfortunately can become prevalent when you get into the finer points of real estate transactions). On each of the numerous occasions I have purchased short sales through her, we have stayed on schedule and had a smooth, on time closing.
The most recent one I purchased through her was also a “flip”. We discussed renovated sales price going in, and the house is currently under contract for over 95% of listing price (the price we discussed at time of purchase). We had four or five offers in the first two weeks. These outstanding results can not be expected every single time, but Lisa made high promises on this project throughout, and delivered across the board.
I work with numerous realtors in the greater Charleston area as an investor here in town. I am not saying I use Lisa for every single thing I buy, but what I am saying is that I truly do not think there is a better short sales specialist in the area.

She Did the Impossible. Right before the recession officially hit, I purchased a small office–a former house, actually–for my business. Things were great until the economy turned; at that point I couldn’t afford both the mortgage on my home and on my office. I tried for over 6 months to sell the office with another realtor who kept insisting that with the way the market was at the time, selling the office would be impossible. That’s when we hired Lisa. In less than a month, Lisa had an offer on the office. My wife and I couldn’t believe it…and it actually saved Christmas for our family. If we’d had to pay another month’s mortgage on that office, there wouldn’t have been a Santa Claus that year. We’re so thankful to Lisa for helping us!
